APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING POLICY
Our studio operates with the following hours:
Tuesday, Wednesday, & Friday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Walk-ins and appointments welcome)
Thursday: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Walk-ins and appointments welcome)
Saturday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Walk-ins and appointments welcome)

To ensure you receive the best service, we recommend scheduling appointments in advance, particularly during peak hours.
WAITING AREA POLICY
To ensure adequate space and comfort for clients receiving services, only individuals scheduled for appointments or walk-ins who are actively receiving services are allowed to wait inside the studio. We kindly ask that anyone not receiving a service wait in their vehicle or refrain from entering the studio. This policy helps us maintain a pleasant and organized environment for all our clients.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations and rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the service time will result in a 100% cancellation fee. This policy is designed to support our stylists, as last-minute cancellations and rescheduling can affect their income. The fee must be paid before you can book your next appointment.
LATE POLICY
We are committed to delivering timely and professional service to all our clients. To ensure we can serve you effectively, we request that you arrive on time for your appointment. To respect other clients' time, we must adhere strictly to the scheduled appointment duration. If you arrive past your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged $1 per minute. After 5 minutes, we may need to reschedule or adjust the services provided. Please note that 100% of the scheduled services will still be charged.
NO-SHOW POLICY
If you do not attend your scheduled appointment or fail to notify us in advance, you will be charged 100% of the service fee. Additionally, missing three consecutive appointments without prior notice will result in being unable to make future bookings. This policy helps us maintain efficient operations and supports our stylists, as missed appointments directly impact their income.
